Stephen Christopher Spagnuolo (/ spæɡˈnoʊloʊ / spag-NOH-loh; [1] born December 21, 1959) is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL).

Steve Spagnuolo was promoted to assistant head coach/ secondary coach in 2014. The veteran NFL coach originally joined the Ravens as senior defensive assistant prior to the 2013 season. A 33-year coaching veteran, including 16 NFL seasons, Spagnuolo was the defensive coordinator for the Saints (2012) before joining Baltimore.
