Older Than 60 Years Old With Breast Cancer
Hormone suppression in elderly breast cancer patients. I am 83 1/2 and am now recovering from 23 days of radiation following right breast wide resection lumpectomy with removal of a metastatic sentinel node and additional seven clear lymph nodes.. My diagnosis is metastatic lobular breast cancer stage 2a, estrogen receptive and no protein.

PASH surrounding malignant breast tumor
Good evening, I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. My pathology consists of PASH and cancer. I have been told that this is rare as the PASH is surrounding the cancer. I am wondering if this is bad because of PASH's rapid cell division or if it is indifferent. Im ER+ - the tumor is 2cm and my bone and ct scans were clear. Is the 2cm the cancer and the pash?

Jan 1, 2025 · Hopefully breast surgical teams are getting better at setting the right expectations of common cording & PMPS with their patients. Improved education amongst their patients is needed to lessen the anxieties associated with unanticipated pain where up to half of all breast patients are affected by PMPS or iron bra syndrome.
Indentation Left Breast, Clear US and Mammogram
Anytime a dimple is found, it should be investigated because it could be a sign of breast cancer, so your OB did the right thing by sending you for imaging. But with the mammogram, ultrasound and physical exam all coming back showing no abnormalities, it's most likely that the cause of the dimple is the breastfeeding.
