Nov 23, 2015 · Well, I just violated my MO and ordered 2016 Z06 because 1) I can't wait that long, and 2) I have a feeling (fear) that from a pure performance standpoint, this might be the peak (I don't expect the C8 to be 750 HP and do 0-60 in 2.7 sec). I have a sense that the C7 Z06 may be the Corvette pinnacle. Regardless, it's too late for me.

The guy who installed the filter kit was telling me his buddy just bought a brand-new Z06 and he took it for a drive and he said he was absolutely shocked with the kind of crazy horse power that the Z06 was putting out.
