I go to the drive-thru, make an order, and they put me in the parking lot for 10 minutes while I wait. If that's the way it is, that's fine. But then, I get the app. Make the order online. Wait 10 minutes.

Mar 23, 2023 · I will give you a little insight into how Wendy’s handles complaints. I had a terrible experience and emailed customer service through the link that pink-pipes gave you. I got a reply from Wendy’s Customer Care stating they have recorded my experience and passed along the info to the management at the store where I had a bad experience.

Jan 12, 2022 · Wendy’s locations near me made the switch back in 2020, haven’t seen the non-generic sauces since. I was so excited when I visited the US and was able to order some! We need to show Wendy’s this was a huge mistake, I’ve tried contacting them multiple times but never get a response.
