It's finally here! The 2025 West Virginia football schedule is out and as promised, I have some thoughts on how things lay out this season for the Mountaineers.

WVU opens its 2025 campaign August 30 with a matchup against Robert Morris of the FCS. The Mountaineers are at Ohio the first Saturday in September and then welcome Pitt for the Backyard Brawl on September 13 to end non-league play. The combined 2024 record of the Mountaineers’ opponents next season was 91-62.
