A Massachusetts man has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a New Hampshire man in Vermont earlier this week, authorities announced Saturday.

Vermont State Police have arrested a man in connection to a deadly shooting at a home in Waterbury earlier this week. 20-year-old Fabrice Rumama, of Springfield, Massachusetts was arrested and charged with second degree murder.

Vermont State Police said they were called to a home at the Kneeland Flats Trailer Park around 12:45 a.m. Monday and found two victims. The man who died was identified as Shawn Spiker, 34, of Croydon,

Waterbury police say Glory Sanchez, 32, struck bicyclist Luis Caceras on the morning of Sept. 25 with her vehicle. Caceras died from his injuries on Oct. 2.

A woman was arrested in connection with a deadly hit-and-run that happened in Waterbury last month. Glory Sanchez, 32, of Waterbury, was arrested on Thursday, according to police. The victim was identified as 37-year-old Luis Caceras of Waterbury.
