Rose will become the fifth player in Bulls history to get their jersey number retired, joining Jerry Sloan (No. 4), Bob Love (No. 10), Michael Jordan (No. 23) and Scottie Pippen (No. 33). Earlier this week, Rose told ESPN that he "would love" to have his jersey retired by the Bulls. Just days later, he learned that wish is already coming true.

The Bulls dubbed the matchup “Derrick Rose Night.” This Rose will forever be Chicago red.
