Kelly McCargo, 53, of North Las Vegas, voted early at Craig Regional Park. The veteran said he has been casting absentee ballots for 21 years while in the military, but having returned to civilian life, he is still not used to voting at a polling site.

Early voting runs through Nov. 1. The Sun encourages all residents to take part in the process. Here's where you can vote early in person. All sites also accept completed mail ballots.
