Coke has reported strong demand in its international markets, helping offset weaker demand in the U.S. In its home market, consumers have been dining out less, denting the company's off-premise sales and prompting Coke to partner with chains to offer combo meals.

Coca-Cola reported solid organic growth despite currency challenges, closing the third quarter on a positive note.

(Reuters) -Coca-Cola said on Wednesday it expects annual organic sales at high-end of its previous range after posting a surprise quarterly rise on growing demand for its sodas and juices in the U.S., India and South Korea.

Earnings will likely come in at about $0.75 on a per-share and adjusted basis, slightly above the consensus estimate and the prior-year figure of $0.74.

Cola is aiming to hit the higher end of its organic sales forecast for 2024 as growing demand for its higher-priced sodas and juices in the U.S. helped it post a surprise rise in quarterly sales on Wednesday.

Analysts expect the soft-drink maker to report third-quarter adjusted earnings of 75 cents, a penny higher than a year ago.
