Andrew Copp scored twice, Alex Lyon made 37 saves and the Detroit Red Wings beat the winless Nashville Predators 5-2.

Steven Stamkos scored his first goal with the Predators and tied the game at 2 just 32 seconds into the third period. Stamkos was robbed by Lyon in the waning seconds of the second period on a two-man Nashville advantage but made no mistake one-timing a pass.
