The Santa Cruz Wharf welcomed visitors Saturday morning after being closed for nearly two weeks following the partial collapse of a 150-foot section under construction just days before Christmas.
In a brief ceremony Saturday, Cruz City officials reopened the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf after it was closed Dec. 23.
