An abusive shoplifter has been banned from a Winchester city centre shop after admitting threatening behaviour.

The British restaurant chain has applied for a variation to the alcohol licence at the premises as it looks to move to the site from Bridge Street.

Shamsud-Din Jabbar was solely responsible for the attack and professed allegiance to the so-called Islamic State, the FBI said.
