An incident involving a single airplane was reported at the Las Cruces Air and Space Expo Sunday afternoon at about 2:30 p.m. The incident resulted in the death of the pilot, the sole passenger of the the aircraft, said New Mexico State Police Officer Amanda Richards.

An airplane crashed at the Las Cruces Air and Space Expo on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 20, a spokesman for Las Cruces Police said. Las Cruces Police have responded to the air show which is being held at the Las Cruces International Airport,
