Sega previously teased Samoa Joe's involvement in an earlier trailer, but offered no details on who the wrestler played or his connection to the story.

Samoa Joe was the biggest reveal this time, voicing the imposing Pirate King, Raymond Law. Wrestling and Like a Dragon are a heaven-made match, and Samoa Joe’s addition takes it a notch higher. The wrestler is known for his deep, menacing voice, commanding presence, and brutal in-ring style.

The only major retailers taking preorders for Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii's Collector's Edition are Amazon and GameStop. It's a peculiar situation, as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy don't even have listings for Collector's Edition. Typically, collector's editions are either available everywhere or exclusive to one retailer.
