A bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee report released Friday slammed the CIA for its treatment of patients with a mysterious ailment known as “Havana syndrome,” determining that “many individuals faced obstacles to timely and sufficient care.

The bipartisan report said the lack of a clear definition of the affliction and the CIA’s evolving organizational position affected its response.

Despite the idea that West Virginia could potentially have four governors in less than two weeks next month, Governor Jim Justice officially shut the idea down on Thursday.

Gov. Jim Justice (R-WV) announced on Thursday that he is going to delay being sworn into the U.S. Senate until Governor-Elect Patrick Morrisey (R) is sworn in.
