SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Sumter County deputies say two people have been arrested in connection to reports of shots fired at a home. On July 6, Sumter County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to an address on Hilldale Drive around 1:34 a.m. due to a report of shots being fired at a residence.

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man accused of fatally shooting a woman at Shelby Farms. Jackson Hopper, 26, has been charged with first-degree murder. At approximately 12:15 p.m.
