BURLINGTON, Iowa (KWQC) - The ‘Moments in History ... Des Moines County is well-known for several things including Snake Alley, one of Burlington’s most famous landmarks.

Submissions are rolling in for the annual Snake Alley Festival of Film, which will return to the Capitol Performing Arts Center, 211 N. Third St. in Burlington, July 10-13.
