People interested in a pet but not sure if they have what it takes can now use the San Diego Humane Society’s Dog Day Out Program to get a taste of the pup life, it was announced Wednesday.

The female mountain lion was sent to the humane society's Ramona Wildlife Center for treatment and released by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife on Nov. 20 in San Bernardino County.
