In its announcement, Armada Hoffler said a “prominent grocer” will occupy 14,000 square feet and a national sporting goods retailer will fill the building’s other 19,000 square feet.

Armada Hoffler did not reveal the names of either business coming to Columbus Village, nor an estimated date they will move in and open.

An extra real estate tax that property owners in Town Center pay is no longer enough to cover all of the costs associated with city services in the area. The city’s current tax rate is 97 cents per $100 of assessed value.
