SALT LAKE CITY – Utah has declared war on the synthetic drug fentanyl. That news came on Oct. 15, when Gov. Spencer Cox announced the formation of a Fentanyl Task Force, to be made up of federal, state and local law enforcement representatives and headed by Jess Anderson, the Utah Public Safety commissioner.
