Sony Pictures Television has hired Disney TV exec Jennifer Rogers Doyle as executive vice president of franchise management.

Sony Pictures Television is hiring a dedicated executive to guide its franchise strategy. Jennifer Rogers Doyle, a long-time Disney executive, has joined Sony Pictures TV in the newly created post of executive vp franchise management.

The former Disney exec will oversee the franchise strategy of studio IP including "Cobra Kai," "For All Mankind" and "The Boys"

Sony Pictures Television is figuring out its franchise strategy. The company has hired Disney’s Jennifer Rogers Doyle to oversee its television franchise business as series such as Cobra Kai, The Boys and Outlander continue to eye spinoffs.
