Sister Wives stars Christine Brown and Janelle Brown had supportive reactions to learning that Meri Brown got a “spiritual release” from ex-husband Kody Brown. In a teaser clip shared via TLC’s Instagram account on Thursday7,

However, Meri, 53, offered a different perspective in her confessional, revealing to the cameras, "I actually breastfed one of our kids that was not my own child." She added, "That was something that was kind of medically necessary at the time, but it wasn't something that we did on a regular basis just for fun, just for kicks and giggles."

Christine and Janelle currently star in season 19 of Sister Wives on TLC, along with their ex Kody, former sister wife Meri Brown, and Kody’s only remaining wife, Robyn Brown. Christine also has an online-only spinoff, Cooking With Just Christine.

When Robyn initially joined the Brown family, she was Kody’s fourth and final wife. At the time, Kody was legally married to his first wife, Meri. But because Robyn had children from a different relationship that Kody wanted to legally adopt, he legally divorced Meri to legally marry Robyn.
