According to downdetector.com, there were more than 11,500 reports of Instagram being down as of 9:25 a.m. ET Wednesday. By 10:15 a.m. ET, outage reports were down to 1,515. By 11:10 a.m. ET, outage reports were down to 246.

Users in the United States are reporting issues accessing Instagram as the social media platform faces a widespread outage on Monday, January 15.

Instagram is experiencing a nationwide outage, impacting the app and service connection. Users have also reported problems with Facebook.
