I wish I knew the answer to that question. At first both my husband and I both received promotions, then suddenly just me. And now I don't get them either. And to make matters worse they have changed their machines around and added new machines, all more expensive to play with NO return. We stop weekly for 1 hour and always leave money behind. To tell you the truth we don't enjoy that location much anymore and find ourselves going to Miami Valley Gaming more often. We don't really win there either but seem to have a better chance of breaking even. Their buffet isn't the greatest, but if you sign up for a card you get buy 1 get 1 free for your birthday on a specific date. Hollywood gives you nothing. Sorry I couldn't answer your question.
