There ARE primitive outhouses as of June when I was there. They were out of toilet paper and a bit ripe smelling however if you gotta you gotta! Better than finding some bushes. This is a remote and primitive area! Caracas Beach is more developed than most too. Carry your own TP and plan to go natural... SunBay has flushers! FYI.
